Q: What areas do you service?
A: We are based in Everett, Washington and service the following cities: Arlington (limited areas), Bothell, Everett, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Smokey Point, Snohomish.
Q: Are you available on weekends?
A: Our regular grooming days are Monday - Friday. If you need us to come out on a weekend there is an extra charge of $35.
Q: What is House Call Grooming?
A: House Call Grooming is a unique way of mobile grooming. Instead of having a van where the services are performed in the driveway, we come inside your home. We feel your pup is more relaxed in familiar surroundings.
Q: Where do you set up?
A: We set up wherever you like us to be, so we are not in your way. Most popular areas are: kitchens, laundry rooms, large bathrooms, garages, and on warmer days we love grooming outside on porches, decks, patios.
Q: Do I need to provide anything?
A: All we need is a place to bathe your pet (i.e bathtub, kitchen sink, utility sink), and a towel or two. We provide everything else!
Q: Will there be a mess?
A: We do our best to thoroughly clean up and leave your home looking as if we were never there. If your pet is receiving the Shed Less package we recommend to have us set up outside on nice days or in an area that you don't mind will get furry...because the fur will fly!
Q: Can I or my kids watch?
A: We know it's an exciting event to have your pet being groomed at home, but for safety reasons it is best if you don't hang around. We work with very sharp equipment and when your pet is wiggly and dancing all over the table it can be a very dangerous situation. Dogs are more cooperative when their owner isn't around.
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: For the first visit yes. After that, we have many clients that let us be latchkey.
Q: How long does it take?
A: It depends on the breed, condition of the coat, and type of haircut you desire. Our average groom time is 1.5 hours.
Q: Do you do large breeds?
A: Unfortunately no. We groom small dogs up to 30lbs or Cocker Spaniel size.
Q: Do you groom cats?
A: We do not groom cats. The only service we provide for our feline friends is nail trims.
Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: We require a 48 hour notice to cancel appointments. You will get an appointment reminder 3 days before your appointment via a text and email. Failure to cancel 48 hours in advance may result in a $35 late cancellation fee per pet. If we show up for the appointment and no one is home there will be a $35 no show fee per pet.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Credit and Debit cards.
